Additional Rules: • Groups: Parties, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not allowed. • Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number originally booked. • Respecting Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise at all times to respect neighboring residents. • Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment and all its furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure. • Lost Keys: €40 per set of missing keys. • Lockout Fee: €40 if you forget the key inside the apartment outside office hours (10 AM - 8 PM).Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Other Highlights: • Basic products like salt, oil, sugar, or detergent are not provided. • Bed linen and towels are supplied for all guests. • Extra pillows, blankets, or exchanges of towels and bed linen are not provided. • Daily cleaning is not provided. Two toilet paper rolls and shower soap are provided as a courtesy; these products are not replaced.
